NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given pursuant to § 236.45(4), Wis. Stats., that the Town of West Point, Columbia County, Wisconsin, will hold a public hearing before its Plan Commission on September 5, 2019, commencing at 7:00 p.m. in connection with proposed amendments to and restatement of Chapter 6 (Land Division) of the Town’s Code of Ordinances. The public hearing will be held at the Town Hall, N2114 Rausch Road, Lodi, Wisconsin. A copy of the proposed revisions to Chapter 6 may be reviewed at the Town Hall during normal office hours or additional information may be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk, Taffy Buchanan, at (608) 592-7059.
